2. Eligibility for Refunds

A. Subscription Plans
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within 30 days of purchase (prorated after 7 days).
  • Free Trials: No charge if canceled before trial ends.
B. One-Time Purchases
  • Single Conversions/Features: Non-refundable once processed (e.g., pay-per-conversion).
  • Bulk Credits: Refundable if unused within 14 days.
C. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Partial use of a subscription (e.g., 10/30 days used).
  • File conversion errors due to unsupported formats or corrupted uploads.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud).

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:
  • Email: Send with:
    • Transaction ID (from receipt).
    • Reason for the request.
  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    • Credits will return to your original payment method.
    • Bank transfers may take 5–10 additional days.

4. Prorated Refunds (Annual Plans Only)

If you cancel an annual subscription after the initial refund period:
  • You'll receive a prorated refund based on unused months.
  • Example: If you cancel after 4 months, you're refunded for the remaining 8 months.

5. Chargebacks

  • Disputing charges via your bank ("chargebacks") may result in account suspension.
  • Contact us first to resolve issues—we're happy to help!

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Enterprise/Team Plans: Custom agreements may override this policy.
  • Promotional Discounts: Refunds are based on the amount paid (not original pricing).
